Customers will not be able to register or access any Pearson higher education digital products. These include Pearson Learning Studio, MyLabsPlus, MyLab, MathXL, Mastering, Modified Mastering, Revel, StatCrunch, and Learning Apps such as Pearson MediaShare, as well as products integrated with a campus Learning Management System, such as Blackboard or Canvas.
The firmware upgrade and network switches replacement are now being placed at the beginning of the June 10-11 downtime. Replacement of physical servers and software updates are still scheduled to take place during this time.
